Youth & Pre-Youth at VCF

At Valley Christian Fellowship, we believe the next generation has an important place in the body of Christ! Our Youth and Pre-Youth ministries are designed to help students grow in their relationship with Jesus, develop a strong foundation in God's Word, build meaningful friendships, and learn what it means to follow Christ in their everyday lives.
Whether your student is new to church or has grown up in it, we would love to welcome them!
Pre-Youth
5th–6th Grade
Wednesdays | 5:45–7:15 PM
Our Pre-Youth ministry provides a welcoming environment where younger students can build a strong foundation in their faith. Each Wednesday, students begin with an age-appropriate Bible study, where they can explore God's Word, ask questions, and grow in their understanding of Jesus.
After their lesson, Pre-Youth joins our older Youth students for worship, dinner, and fellowship before being dismissed at 7:15 PM.
Youth Group
7th–12th Grade
Wednesdays | 6:30–8:00 PM
VCF Youth is a place for students to deepen their relationship with Jesus, build meaningful friendships, and grow in their understanding of Scripture.
Our Wednesday evenings include biblical teaching, worship, prayer, small group discussions, and dinner together. We desire to equip students to follow Jesus wholeheartedly and represent Him in their everyday lives.

What to expect
Two age-specific groups. One community growing together in Jesus.
Wednesday nights at VCF are about more than gathering together. They are an opportunity for students to encounter God through His Word, encourage one another, and grow as disciples of Jesus.
Biblical Teaching
We believe God's Word is foundational to our lives. Through Bible studies and practical teaching, students learn how to understand Scripture and apply it to their everyday decisions.
Worship & Prayer
We encourage students to develop a genuine relationship with God through worship and prayer, learning to honor Him not only through songs but through the way they live.
Small Groups & Discipleship
Students have opportunities to ask questions, discuss Scripture, build friendships, and encourage one another in their walks with Jesus.
Dinner & Fellowship
Every Wednesday, we share a meal together! Dinner provides an opportunity for students to connect, build friendships, and enjoy being part of a community.
Wednesday Night Schedule
5:45 PM
Pre-Youth Begins
5th–6th grade students begin their age-specific Bible study.
6:30 PM
Youth Begins
7th–12th grade students arrive. Pre-Youth joins the larger group for worship and dinner after their lesson.
7:15 PM
Pre-Youth Dismissal
Pre-Youth concludes after dinner and fellowship.
8:00 PM
Youth Dismissal
Youth concludes for the evening.

Pre-Youth is for students in 5th and 6th grade, while Youth is for students in 7th through 12th grade.
What ages can attend Youth and Pre-Youth?

Not at all! All students are welcome, whether they attend VCF, another church, or are exploring faith for the first time.
Does my student need to attend Valley Christian Fellowship to participate?

No! Our weekly Youth and Pre-Youth gatherings are free.
Is there a cost to attend?

Is dinner provided?

Yes! We provide dinner on Wednesday evenings as part of our time of fellowship together.
What should my student bring?

We encourage every student to bring their Bible, a notebook if they would like to take notes, and a friend!
Can my student come for the first time without knowing anyone?
